국문 초록

This study aimed to explore the factors influencing job performance among Master Craftsman Beauticians, with the goal of providing motivational insights for their training and development. The research focuses on Master Craftsman Beauticians in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, Gyeongsang-do, Jeolla-do, and Chungcheong-do. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS WIN 21.0. In conclusion, job efficacy after obtaining the Master Craftsman Beautician license varied significantly based on gender, work experience, work location, and income growth following certification. Similarly, self-esteem showed notable differences depending on gender, work location, and post-certification income increase. The findings also revealed that both income growth and the time spent preparing for the certification had a significant impact on job performance. Interestingly, a longer preparation period was associated with a negative effect on job performance. Overall, both job efficacy and self-esteem had a strong positive influence on job performance.
