국문 초록

4차 산업혁명이란 “‘컴퓨터공학, 로봇공학, 생명공학, 뇌과학, 신경과학, 양자역학, 우주항공공학’ 등을 융합하여 이룩한 기술을 기반으로 생명을 조작하고 창조하는 신의 지위에 오르고 정신적으로나 육체적으로 초인적인 능력을 갖는 포스트휴먼으로 거듭난 인간이 다른 인간 인공지능 모든 사물들과 초연결된 네트워킹을 통하여 소통하며, 실제현실/증강현실/가상현실에서 매트릭스적 실존을 하면서 디지털 상으로 자신을 무한 복제하고 영생을 누라는 동시에 인간처럼 말하고 사고하고 행동하는 기계나 생명을 만나 인류역사 이래 전혀 다른 조건, 정체성, 세계관과 패러다임, 삶, 사회를 구성하는 대변화”를 뜻한다.

영문 초록

Technology is a form of culture in which humans relate to nature and the world as well as the ability to make tools. The technological revolution, which proceeds at a level completely different from the level of development of tools, should be understood and interpreted in the attitude of humans toward the world rather than simply changing manufacturing technologies. The reason why revolutionary technological changes over the past 200 years have been expressed only in terms of the term “industrial revolution” is not an accurate understanding of this change in attitude. Thanks to innovative technological revolutions, humans are able to recover from the simple repetitive labor and to restore the social and cultural public value of living with others through leisure. However, self-optimization of intelligent physical systems is seriously promoting the reduction of the domain of human work. Nevertheless, recent studies on the modern technological revolution based on automation without human participation have been too focused on the effects of technological and engineering mechanisms and economic policies. Due to the expansion of the global low-growth stance, the economy such as enhancing the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry and creating jobs is the same. ･There is a high demand for social change.
