Against the backdrop of building a strong education nation, promoting the integrated education of ideological and political theory courses and curriculum-based ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and improve the quality of talent cultivation. It is also a core task to enhance the leading role of ideological and political work and ensure the construction of a strong education nation. At present, the integrated education of ideological and political theory courses and curriculum-based ideological and political education in colleges and universities is faced with several practical dilemmas, such as the lack of positive interaction between top-level design and grassroots exploration, the lack of dynamic balance between teachers' input and students’ output, the lack of optimized complementarity between dynamic evaluation and static evaluation, the lack of effective integration between small ideological and political classrooms and large social classrooms, the lack of collaborative construction between ideological and political courses and other courses, and the lack of integrated innovation between traditional teaching and modern teaching. To address these issues, specific optimization paths need to be proposed from six aspects: institutional guarantee, talent support, process management, carrier expansion, curriculum quality improvement, and teaching innovation. Specifically, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of “three education mechanisms” to consolidate top-level design; enhance the development of “three education teams” to improve professional literacy; optimize the connection of “three education links” to stimulate growth potential; strengthen the integration of “three education resources” to gather diverse forces; increase the intensity of “three education guarantees” to form a quality culture; and adhere to the innovation of “three education models” to empower comprehensive reform.
영문 초록
在教育强国建设的时代背景下,推进高校思政课程与课程思政耦合育人,是落实立德树人根本任务、提高人才培养质量的重要举措,是提升思政引领力和保障教育强国建设的核心任务。当前,高校思政课程与课程思政耦合育人中面临着顶层设计与基层探索缺乏良性互动、教师输入与学生输出缺乏动态平衡、动态评价与静态评价缺乏优化互补、思政小课堂与社会大课堂缺乏有效整合、思政课程与其他课程缺乏协同构建、传统教学与现代教学缺乏融合创新等现实困境,需要从制度保障、人才支撑、过程管理、载体拓展、课程提质和教学创新等六个层面提出具体的优化路径,即抓实“三个育人机制”构建,夯实顶层设计;强化“三支育人队伍”建设,提升专业素养;优化“三个育人环节”衔接,激发成长潜能;加强“三个育人资源”整合,汇聚多元力量;加强“三个育人保障”力度,形成质量文化;坚持“三个育人模式”创新,赋能综合改革。
