국문 초록

This paper focuses on the analysis of new perspectives in Chinese political theory and practice resulting from the collision of traditional wisdom and modern demands. In the dimension of institutional innovation, it elaborates on how to inherit the essence of traditional institutions and combine them with the development needs of modern society to achieve breakthroughs and innovations in power allocation, organizational structure, and other aspects, thereby enhancing the adaptability and effectiveness of the system. At the level of governance practice, it explores how to integrate traditional governance concepts with modern governance tools and technologies, how to utilize big data, artificial intelligence, and other means to achieve precise governance, and draw on traditional people-oriented thoughts to optimize the supply of public services and enhance governance efficiency and public satisfaction. From the perspective of strategic layout, it analyzes how to build on traditional strategic thinking and, in light of the current international and domestic situation, coordinate economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological fields to construct a comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable development strategy, promoting long-term stability and national rejuvenation. Through multi-dimensional research, it comprehensively reveals the formation logic, connotative characteristics, and practical significance of new perspectives in Chinese politics, providing theoretical support for a deeper understanding of the path of political development under socialism with Chinese characteristics.

本文聚焦于中国政治理论与实践，深入剖析传统智慧与现代需求交汇背景下产生的新观点。在制度创新层面，阐述如何汲取传统制度精华，结合当代社会发展诉求，于权力配置、组织架构等关键环节实现突破性变革，从而增强制度韧性与效能。在治理实践层面，探讨如何融合传统治理智慧与现代治理技术（如大数据、人工智能），推动精准治理模式发展；借鉴传统民本思想优化公共服务，提升治理效率与公众满意度。在战略布局层面，分析如何在传统战略思维基础上，立足当前国际国内格局，统筹协调经济、政治、文化、社会、生态等多领域发展，构建全面、协调、可持续的国家战略体系，促进长治久安与民族复兴。通过多维解析，系统揭示中国政治新观点的生成逻辑、核心特质及实践价值，为深刻理解中国特色社会主义政治发展道路贡献学理支持。
