新型城市阅读空间对城镇社区文化治理作用探究——以合肥市“悦书房”为例

국문 초록

In the process of modernizing national governance, the main contradiction in our country’s society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. This contradiction is reflected in the cultural field, and as urban communities become the core field of cultural governance, public cultural services have become a key mechanism to break the structural tension between supply and demand by building a closed loop of “demand identification, resource allocation, and efficiency evaluation”, and building a “state-community-individual” dialogue platform such as a new public urban reading space. As a typical practice, Hefei’s “Yue Shu Fang” integrates libraries and bookstores in the mode of “library and store integration”, and through spatial compounding and precise operation, it not only realizes the supply of community cultural construction, but also meets the needs of community cultural governance, highlighting the governance efficiency of the “people-centered” development concept, but also facing many uncertain risks and challenges.

영문 초록

在国家治理现代化进程中，我国社会主要矛盾已转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要与不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾。这一矛盾映射于文化领域，伴随城镇社区成为文化治理的核心场域，公共文化服务通过构建“需求识别-资源调配-效能评估”闭环，搭建诸如新型公共城市阅读空间此类的“国家-社区-个体”对话平台，成为破解供需结构性张力的关键机制。合肥市“悦书房”作为典型实践，以“馆店一体”模式融合图书馆与书店，通过空间复合与精准运营，既实现社区文化建设供给，又满足社区文化治理需求，彰显了“以人民为中心”发展理念的治理效能，但也面临着诸多饱含不确定性风险和挑战。
