국문 초록

이 연구는 ASD 아동의 사회적 의사소통, 사회적 상호작용의 어려움으로 나타나는 행동 변화를 지원하기 위해, 심리운동 관점에 근거한 ASD 아동의 행동 분석 및 공감능력 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. ASD 아동의 행동 분석을 위해 다각적인 심리운동 관점의 인간상에 대한 이해가 선행되었고, ASD 아동의 행동에 대한 심리운동적 관점과 행동주의 심리학적 관점을 비교 분석하여 인간을 바라보는 관점의 변화가 ASD 아동의 행동을 지원하는데 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 심리운동 관점에 근거하여 ASD 아동의 공감능력 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 효과와 변화를 알아보았다. 연구결과 이 연구에서 개발한 ASD 아동의 공감능력 향상을 위한 심리운동 프로그램은 정서적 공감능력, 인지적 공감능력, 공감적 반응능력 향상에 효과가 있었으며, 이러한 공감능력 향상은 ASD 아동의 자해행동, 상동행동, 공격적 행동 감소에 유의미한 효과가 있었음을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 ASD 아동의 행동이 의사소통의 한 형태로, 자기자신을 표현하며 이해시키는 수단으로 먼저 인식하는 계기가 되길 바라며, ASD 아동의 공감능력 향상을 통해 긍정적인 행동 변화를 위한 실제 현장에서 적용 가능한 프로그램으로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a program for behavior analysis and empathy improvement of ASD children based on the Psychomotorik perspective in order to support behavioral changes that appear due to difficulties in social communication and social interaction in ASD children, and to examine its effectiveness. In order to analyze the behavior of ASD children, an understanding of human nature from a multifaceted Psychomotorik perspective was conducted first, and the Psychomotorik perspective and the behaviorist psychological perspective on the behavior of ASD children were compared and analyzed to find out how changes in the perspective on humans can be applied to support the behavior of ASD children. In addition, based on this Psychomotorik perspective, a program for improving empathy in ASD children was developed and applied to examine the effects and changes. The results of the study showed that the Psychomotorik program for improving empathy in ASD children developed in this study was effective in improving emotional empathy, cognitive empathy, and empathic response, and that this effect of improving empathy had a significant effect in reducing self-harming behavior, stereotyped behavior, and aggressive behavior in ASD children. Based on this, it is hoped that this will be an opportunity to first recognize that the behavior of ASD children is a form of communication, a means of expressing themselves and making themselves understood, and that it will be utilized as research data that can be applied in actual fields for positive behavioral changes through improving the empathy ability of ASD children.
