성인대학생이 인식한 이러닝환경, 자기조절학습능력 및 학습성과의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 성인대학생이 인식한 이러닝환경, 자기조절학습능력 및 학습성과에 간의 관계에 대해서 탐색하는데 있다. 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인대학생이 인식한 배경 특성에 따른 이러닝환경, 자기조절학습능력 및 학습성과에 대한 인식의 차이, 둘째, 성인대학생이 인식한 이러닝환경, 자기조절학습능력 및 학습성과의 관계이다. 연구 방법은 한국방송통신대학교 학생 692명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 변인 간의 인식 차이와 관계를 분석하기 위하여 가정의 검토, ANOVA분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인대학생의 배경 특성에 따른 이러닝환경, 자기조절학습능력, 학습성과에 대한 인식의 차이는 유의한 차이가 나타났다, 이러닝환경에서는 주당 수강횟수와 주당 수강시간에서 차이가 나타났고, 자기조절학습능력에서는 재학 여부, 주당 수강횟수, 주당 수강시간, 학교 소재지역에서 차이가 나타났고, 학습성과에서는 재학 여부, 주당 수강횟수, 주당 수강시간, 학교 소재지역에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 성인대학생의 이러닝환경, 자기조절학습능력 및 학습성과 간의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러닝환경과 학습성과가 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 자기조절학습능력과 학습성과도 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 원격교육에 참여하고 있는 성인대학생이 인식한 학습성과를 높이기 위해서는 이러닝환경과 자기조절학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 강구하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the relationship that affects the e-learning environment, self-regulated learning ability, and learning outcomes recognized by adult college students. The research questions are as follows. First, there is a difference in the perception of the e-learning environment, self-regulated learning ability, and learning outcomes according to the background characteristics perceived by adult college students, and secondly, there is a relationship between the e-learning environment, self-regulated learning ability, and learning outcomes. The research method was conducted on 692 students at Korea National University of Broadcasting and Communication, and family review, ANOVA analysis, and regression analysis were conducted to analyze the differences in perception and relationships between variables. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the perception of the e-learning environment, self-regulated learning ability, and learning outcomes according to the background characteristics of adult college students. Second, it was found that there was a relationship between the e-learning environment, self-regulated learning ability, and learning outcomes of adult college students. It was found that the e-learning environment and learning outcomes were related, and self-regulated learning ability and learning outcomes were also related. According to the results of these studies, it is necessary to devise measures to improve the e-learning environment and self-regulated learning ability in order to increase the learning outcomes recognized by adult college students participating in remote education.
