This study, grounded in the methodology of historical dialectics, systematically interprets the theoretical logic of Marx's concept of the “Association of Free Individuals”. Through a three-dimensional argumentation involving the subject, structure, and relationship, this concept achieves a fundamental transcendence of capitalism's dual alienation. In the subject dimension, it critically negates the Western humanist tradition, establishing the real person as the core of the historical subject. Capitalism alienates individuals into commodified labor, whereas communist public ownership elevates workers into individuals with free personalities, encompassing both the negative freedom of escaping capital domination and the positive freedom of unleashing creative potential. In the structural dimension, the study traces the historical evolution of community forms, revealing capitalism's triple alienation: political alienation leading to the failure of democratic mechanisms, economic alienation giving rise to algorithmic monitoring systems, and cultural alienation causing the desertification of spiritual values. The “Association of Free Individuals” achieves transcendence through three transformations: the socialization of the means of production reconstructs ownership forms, the technological revolution gives birth to new forms of labor, and rational interaction lays the foundation for social solidarity. The “Belt and Road” initiative's co-construction mechanism exemplifies innovation in global governance. In the relational dimension, the study argues for the dialectical unity between free individuals and their association. Ontologically, the two are interdependent: human essence is realized in social relations, and labor autonomy depends on institutional guarantees, as illustrated by the interaction between subject activation and organizational support in China's rural revitalization. Practically, it exhibits a bidirectional constructive tendency: the awakening of class consciousness drives institutional change, while Germany's co-determination model promotes worker participation; technological development creates free time but must guard against monitoring alienation. In terms of values, individual freedom and collective development are essentially unified and mutually conditioning. The study concludes that the concept of the “Association of Free Individuals”, through its three-dimensional dialectical model, has evolved in contemporary Chinese practice into new civilizational forms: a socialist market economy that regulates capital, a community with a shared future for mankind that innovates governance, and whole-process people’s democracy that optimizes participation. This provides a historical solution for humanity to transcend the dilemmas of modernity.

本研究以历史辩证法为方法论基础,系统阐释了马克思“自由人联合体”思想的理论逻辑。该思想通过主体、结构、关系三维论证,实现对资本主义双重异化的根本性超越。在主体维度上,批判性地扬弃西方人学传统,确立现实的人作为历史主体的核心地位。资本主义将人异化为商品化劳动力,共产主义公有制使劳动者升华为拥有自由个性的个体,涵盖了摆脱资本支配的消极自由与释放创造力的积极自由双重向度。在结构维度上,追溯了共同体形态的历史演变,揭示了资本主义三重异化。政治异化导致民主机制失效,经济异化催生了算法监控体系,文化异化则引发了精神价值的荒漠化。“自由人联合体”通过三重变革实现超越:生产资料社会化重构了所有制形式,技术革命催生了新型劳动形态,交往理性奠定了社会团结的基础,“一带一路”共商共建机制体现了全球治理的创新。在关系维度上,论证自由人与联合体的辩证统一。在存在论层面,两者互为前提,人的本质在社会关系中得以实现,劳动自主性依赖于制度保障,中国乡村振兴中主体激活与组织支撑的互动即为例证;在实践论层面,呈现双向建构态势,阶级意识觉醒推动制度变革,德国共同决策模式促进了劳动者参与,技术发展在创造自由时间的同时也需防范监控异化;在价值论层面,个体自由与集体发展本质统一,互为条件。研究结论表明,“自由人联合体”思想通过三维辩证模型,在当代中国实践中发展为社会主义市场经济规范资本、人类命运共同体创新治理、全过程人民民主优化参与的文明新形态,为人类超越现代性困境提供了历史性的解决方案。
