국문 초록

Focusing on the overall deployment of the Digital China Strategy and the Rural Revitalization Strategy, the HR District of E City has accelerated the construction of rural digital infrastructure with industrial digitization and digital industrialization as the main line of development, achieved full 5G network coverage in towns and towns, and achieved a 5G access rate of more than 90% in administrative villages. In October 2020, the HR district of E city was selected into the list of the first batch of national digital village pilot areas, and the case of the digital village smart governance platform of the HR district of E city was selected as one of the “100 Typical Cases of Digital Products, Technologies and Solutions and Digital Technology Application Scenarios” in Hubei Province, and the pilot work has achieved remarkable results. This paper adopts the case study method, taking the HR district of E city and the HR district of E city as the research object, and finds that it has great reference and learning significance for promoting digital rural grassroots governance.

영문 초록

E 市HR 区围绕数字中国战略，乡村振兴战略的总体部署，以产业数字化、数字产业化为发展主线，加速推进乡村数字基础设施建设，乡镇实现5G 网络全覆盖，行政村5G 通达率达到了90%以上。2020年10 月，E 市HR 区入选首批国家数字乡村试点地区名单，E 市HR 区数字乡村智慧治理平台案例入选湖北省“100 个数字产品、技术和解决方案及数字技术应用场景典型案例”，试点工作成效显著。本文以E 市HR 区为研究对象，发现对于推动数字化乡村基层治理具有极大的借鉴与学习意义。
