활동가의 경험을 통한 대구장애여성운동의 의미 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대구장애여성운동과 관련한 활동가의 경험을 통해, 대구장애여성운동의 30여 년에 걸친 서사와 의미를 비판적으로 분석한 질적연구이다. 심층인터뷰를 통해 수집한 자료는 반복적 비교분석법을 통해 분석하고 인비보코딩을 적용하여 3개의 상위범주와 5개의 하위범주를 통해 총 10개의 소주제를 추출했다. 이렇게 추출된 소주제는 ➀언니 혼자만 잘 먹고 잘 살면 되나?, ➁그래, 우리들의 이야기를 해보자, ➂잊혀진 대구장애여성운동 서사, ➃모성권에서 교육, 노동으로, ➄성폭력 의제로 드러나 장애여성, ➅장애여성 쉼터 만들기, ➆복지와 운동의 이원화, ➇지원금이라는 빛과 그늘, ➈장애여성운동의 리더 만들기, ➉연대로 운동의 지평 넓히기 등이다. 이상의 연구를 통해 첫째, 대구장애여성운동은대구지역의 장애운동 맥락에서 조직화되었으며, 둘째, 대구장애여성운동의 이슈는 모성권에서 교육, 노동 의제로 이행하는 과정이 있었으며, 셋째, 대구장애여성운동은 여성운동의 이론적 지원을 받으면서 억압과 차별에 대한 인식이 형성되었으며, 넷째, 운동의 주체로서 장애여성의 성장과 더 나아가 장애여성운동의 리더 양성은 중요한 문제라는 결론이 도출되었다. 이러한 결론은 첫째, 지역에 기반을 둔 장애여성운동의 중요성, 둘째, 장애여성이면 누구든 장애여성운동의 주체가 될 수 있다는 점의 중요성, 셋째, 취약성을 가진 자들과의 연대로 정치성을 확보하는 일의 중요성을 함의한다.

영문 초록

This study is a qualitative research that critically analyzes the 30-year narrative and meaning of the movement of women with disabilities in Dae-Gu through the experiences of activists related to the movement of women with disabilities in Dae-Gu. The materials collected through in-depth interview was analyzed with the iterative comparative analysis method and application of in vivo coding, and extracted the 10 sub-themes trough the 3 main categories and 6 sub-categories. The extracted sub-themes are: 1) Sister, only you live well? 2) Okay, let's talk about our stories 3) The forgotten epic of the movement of women with disabilities in Dae-Gu 4) Forming the mother's right to education, to work 5) Women with disabilities who come out through the sexual violence issue 6) Building the shelter of women with disabilities 7) Binary of welfare and the movement 8) The light and shadow of supporting money 9) Making leaders of women with disabilities 10) Expanding the horizon of the movement through solidarity. The study concludes, first, the movement of women with disabilities in Dae-Gu was organized in the context of the disability movement in Dae-Gu, second, the movement of women with disabilities in Dae-Gu had the process of transition from the right of mother to the agenda of education and work, third, the recognition of oppression and discrimination of the movement of women with disabilities in Dae-Gu is developed through the theoretical support of the women's rights movement, fourth, it is important that women with disabilities grow as the subject of the movement and become the leaders of the movement of women with disabilities. These conclusions imply, first, the importance of the movement of women with disabilities based on the local region, second, the importance that all women with disabilities can be the subject of the movement of women with disabilities, third, the importance of securing the political motivation through the solidarity with the other minorities.
