公文写作的美学思考

국문 초록

Official document,as one of the products of human’s spiritual activity,the formation is containing with beauty. However, for all the time, the research on official document writing has mostly focused on the essential characteristics, that is practicality, which has led to a gap in the study of the aesthetic value of official documents. Therefore, this article systematically explains official document writing from three perspective of aesthetic, namely, the aesthetic use of language, form and content, and then combined with the current problems in official document writing, discussing the aesthetic principles that should be followed in official document, including rhetorical rules, practicality, formal writing principles, and narrative continuity. From analyzing official document writing in point of aesthetic,At the same time, it emphasizes the aesthetic value and practical value of official document writing,not only can further provoke people’s aesthetic awareness but also improve the quality of official document writing while perfecting the theoretical construction of disciplines.

영문 초록

公文作为人类精神活动的产物之一，在其形成的过程中孕育着美的形态。而一直以来，对公文写作的研究大多侧重于公文的本质特征，即公文的实用性上，导致了对公文审美价值研究的空白。本文从美学角度出发，对公文写作的语言美、形式美、内容美三方面进行了系统阐释，并结合当前公文撰制中所存在的问题，提出了在公文写作中应遵循的美学原则，即修辞原则、实用美原则、形式美原则、和谐性原则。从美学角度分析公文写作，同时强调公文写作的审美价值与实用价值，在完善学科理论建设的同时，能进一步提高人们的审美意识，提升公文写作的质量和水平。
