Amidst the macro-process of educational digital transformation, online education has emerged as a pivotal pillar in reshaping the educational ecosystem. Confronting the rapid proliferation of smart education platforms, teacher professional development pathways now face three structural challenges: first, the erosion of professional autonomy due to excessive resource dependency; second, teachers’ capacity deficit in localizing educational resources; third, the struggle to reconstruct professional identity within digital transformation. To address these dilemmas, establishing systematic support mechanisms is imperative. This includes implementing targeted training programs focused on “platform functionality mastery + resource localization adaptation” to enhance teachers’critical resource integration competencies. Concurrently, school-based and regional teacher learning communities should be leveraged to construct multidimensional networks for cross-disciplinary collaboration, codification of practical wisdom, and role-transition support. Ultimately, these approaches will empower teachers to achieve sustainable professional autonomy within technologically empowered education.
영문 초록
在教育数字化转型的宏观进程中,线上教育已成为重塑教育生态的关键支柱。面对蓬勃发展的智慧教育平台,教师专业发展路径正面临三重结构性挑战:其一,过度资源依赖对教师专业自主性的消解;其二,教师在地化资源转化中的能力缺位;其三,数字化转型中教师专业身份认同的重构挑战。针对上述困境,亟需构建系统性支持机制:通过开展“平台功能深度应用+资源本土化改造”的靶向培训,强化教师数字资源批判性整合能力;同时依托校级/区域教师学习共同体,建立跨学科协作研讨、实践智慧沉淀与角色转型支持的立体网络,最终推动教师在技术赋能教育进程中实现专业自主性的可持续发展。
