국문 초록

Putting ideological and political leadership at the top of the characteristics of an educational power highlights the great value of Ideological and political education. As an important platform to promote the all-round development of students, college student associations carry various functions of Ideological and political education, contain strong ideological and political leadership, and play an important role in the ideological and political work in Colleges and universities. However, the current student associations have problems such as immature party and League organization construction, low activity quality, multicultural impact and imperfect management mechanism, which restrict their ideological and political leadership. We need to improve the ideological and political leadership of student associations from the aspects of improving Party and League organization construction, improving activity quality, strengthening community culture construction, and improving management system and mechanism.

영문 초록

把思政引领力置于教育强国特征之首，彰显了思想政治教育的重大价值。高校学生社团作为促进学生全面发展的重要平台，承载着多方面的思想政治教育功能，蕴含着较强的思政引领力，在高校思想政治工作中发挥重要作用。但当前学生社团存在党团组织建设不成熟、活动质量不高、多元文化的冲击及管理机制不完善等问题，制约其思政引领力的发挥，需从完善党团组织建设、提高活动质量、加强社团文化建设、完善管理体制机制等方面提升学生社团的思政引领力。
