국문 초록

Modern Chinese Civilization, as the contemporary manifestation of traditional Chinese civilization, a transcendence of capitalist civilization, and a Chinese archetype of human civilization, fulfills multifaceted functions of interpretation, critique, and construction. Functioning as an interpretive framework, it elucidates the theoretical essence of how human civilizations emerge and what they generate. In its critical dimension, it systematically deconstructs “Western-centrism”, refutes the “clash of civilizations” and falsifies the “end of history” thesis. Building upon this critique, it constructively advocates for “civilizational equality,” “mutual learning among civilizations”, and “historical development theory”, committing to advancing a human community with a shared future and fostering a peaceful, amicable, and harmonious global family. Integrating deconstruction with construction, these multidimensional functions hold profound significance for propelling China’s cultural advancement.

영문 초록

中华民族现代文明是中华民族传统文明的现代形态、资本主义文明的超越形态、人类文明的中国形态，它的出场具有解释、批判、建构等重要功能。在解释维度，中华民族现代文明内蕴人类文明何以生成、生成什么的理论意蕴。在批判维度，这一文明具有解构“西方中心论”、驳斥“文明冲突论”、证伪“历史终结论”的重要作用。在建构维度，这一文明在批判基础上倡导“文明平等论”“文明互鉴论”“历史发展论”，致力于推动构建人类命运共同体，建设一个和平、和睦、和谐的世界大家庭。中华民族现代文明的多重功能既有破，也有立，对推动文化强国建设具有重要意义。
