국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정에 따른 교과서를 비교·분석하여 다문화 음악 교육의 현황과 한계를 탐색하고 개선 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교과서 내 다문화 음악의 구성 방식과 교수법적 한계를 분석하고 메타버스 ZEP을 활용한 교육 가능성을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 연구 대상은 2022 개정 음악 교과서를 대상으로 다문화 음악 관련 제재곡, 학습 목표, 음악적·다문화적 학습 내용을 분석하고 다문화 교육 관점에서 교과서의 보완점을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 교과서별로 다문화 음악을 다루는 방식에 차이가 있으며 특정 문화권에 편중되거나 시각 자료·체험 기회가 부족한 문제가 확인되었다. 또한 가창·감상 중심의 교육이 많아 학습자의 주도적 탐구와 창의적 활동이 미흡했다. 결론: 본 연구는 교과서 기반 다문화 음악 교육의 한계를 보완하고자 메타버스 ZEP을 활용한 가상 체험 학습 모델을 제안한다. 이를 통해 학생들은 다양한 문화권의 음악을 몰입감 있게 경험하며 음악적 이해와 문화적 소통 능력을 효과적으로 향상할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aimed to compare and analyze music textbooks from the 2022 revised curriculum to explore the current state and limitations of multicultural Music Education and suggest improvements. It examines how multicultural music is structured and taught in textbooks and proposes the use of Metaverse ZEP as an educational tool. Methods: The study analyzed music textbooks based on the 2022 revised music curriculum, focusing on multicultural music-related pieces, learning objectives, musical and multicultural content, and identified areas for improvement from the perspective of multicultural education. Results: There are differences in how multicultural music is presented in each textbook, with some focusing on specific cultures or lacking visual and experiential opportunities. Additionally, most education is centered around singing and listening, limiting student exploration and creativity. Conclusion: This study proposes a virtual experiential learning model using Metaverse ZEP to address the limitations of textbook-based multicultural music education. It enables students to experience music from various cultures immersively, enhancing their musical understanding and cultural communication skills.
