국문 초록

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명과 보안 및 보안산업에 대한 언론보도의 동향과 더불어 4차 산업혁명과 보안 및 보안산업에 대한 언론보도에 나타난 이슈별 차이점과 상호 연관성을 분석함으로써 향후 제기될 정책 이슈 및 대안을 예측하고, 정책 방향에 대한 시사점과 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 전통적으로 보안에 대한 인식이 정보보안에 큰 비중을 차지하며, 인공지능이 접목된 보안 솔루션이 제기되면서, 통신업계의 진출 및 IP 카메라의 보급이 확산된다는 점을 예측할 수 있다. 또한 전자화폐 관련 보안 이슈가 확산되면서 금융전산망 및 서버 보안이 향후 최대 쟁점으로 부각될 것으로 보이며, 이를 통해 볼 때 최근 보안 이슈는 4차 산업혁명과 연관성을 가지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 보안산업은 4차 산업혁명과 더불어 기존의 양상과는 다르게 전환되어 가고 있으며, 특히 전자화폐 관련 금융전산망 보안 이슈가 점차 확산될 것으로 예상할 수 있다. 특히 통신업체의 가중치가 크게 나타난 것은 개인 및 가정에 이르기까지 보안산업의 영역이 확대되고 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 보안산업은 독립된 정책 이슈가 아니라 4차 산업혁명과 밀접한 연관성을 가지며, 과학기술의 발달과 더불어 다양한 보안솔루션이 제시될 것으로 예상된다. 또한 4차 산업혁명에 따른 산업 육성에 있어서 기존의 인력과 시스템경비에 치중된 정책이나 법제 정비보다는 효율성과 기술적 접근을 통한 이윤창출에 더 집중될 것으로 보인다. 그리고 보안산업이라는 독립된 영역은 점차적으로 통신이나 IoT 산업에 포섭될 수밖에 없으며, 거대 자본이 투여된 대기업의 보안 솔루션에 의존할 것으로 예상된다. 이와 더불어 보안 수요자적 측면에서 처음에는 기업에서 시작될 것이나 급속히 사회 전반적으로 확산되어 개인 및 가정에까지 적용될 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, the differences in the media coverage of the Fourth Industry Revolution and the media in the security and the security industry is analyzed , and the purpose of this study is to predict the problems and alternatives of the proposed policies, and provide suggestions and basic materials for policy direction. Traditionally, the perception of security is a big part of information security, and as security solutions with artificial intelligence are introduced, it can be predicted that the penetration of the communication industry and the spread of IP cameras are spreading. In addition, with the spread of security issues related to electronic money, financial network and server security will become the most important issues in the future. As a result, security issues can be interpreted as related to the fourth industrial revolution. The security industry is being transformed with the fourth industrial revolution, and it can be expected that security issues of electronic money related financial network will gradually spread. In particular, the weighting of telecom companies can be interpreted as expanding the scope of the security industry from individuals to households. Therefore, the security industry is not an independent policy issue, but is closely related to the fourth industrial revolution. Various security solutions are expected along with the development of science and technology. In addition, it will be more focused on creating profits through efficiency and technological approach rather than policy or legislative reform focused on existing manpower and system cost in industrial upbringing by the 4th industrial revolution. In addition, the independent domain of the security industry will gradually fall under the telecommunication and IoT industries, and it is expected to depend on the security solution of the large corporations. In addition, from the security demand side, it will start from the enterprise at first, but it will spread rapidly to the whole society and it will be applied to individuals and families.
