국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 특수경비원의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계를 살펴보고, 이들의 관계에서 대인관계가 조절효과를 갖는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 인천국제공항에서 근무하는 특수경비원들을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 341명의 응답을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석기법은 위계적 회귀분석방법을 사용하였으며, 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수경비원의 신체스트레스와 정신스트레스는 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 정신스트레스 보다는 신체스트레스가 이직의도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수경비원의 상사 및 동료와의 관계 즉 대인관계는 특수경비원이 직무를 수행하면서 겪는 신체스트레스와 정신스트레스에 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 특수경비원의 직무스트레스 해소 및 대인관계 제고를 위해 취할 수 있는 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between job stress and turnover intention of special security guards, and to experimentally verify if the interpersonal relationship has a moderating effect on their relationship. For the purpose of this study, a self-reporting survey was conducted for special security guards working at Incheon International Airport, and the final 341 responses were used for analysis. The analysis method used was a hierarchical regression method. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the physical stress and mental stress of special security guards affected the turnover intention, and especially, physical stress was found to have a greater effect on turnover intention than mental stress. Second, the relationship between supervisor and colleagues of special security guards, ie, interpersonal relationship, was analyzed to have a moderating effect on physical stress and mental stress of special security guards. Based on these research results, this study presented policy suggestions that can be taken to eliminate job stress and increase interpersonal relationship of special security guards.
