국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 Intervention Mapping (IM) 모형을 이용하여 경도 치매노인 대상 디지털 집단회상프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 프로그램 개발의 대상은 경도 치매노인이며, 연구대상은 IM 모형의 단계에 맞춰 전문가와 경도치매노인을 돌보는 요양보호사, 사회복지사, 간호사 등으로 하여 요구도 조사, 내용타당도 검정 등을 하였다. 이 연구에서 사용된 회상요법으로는 The SolCos Reminiscence model에 디지털 매체를 추가로 활용하였다. IM 모형의 6단계인 요구도 사정, 목표설정, 이론기반의 중재방법 선택, 프로그램 설계, 프로그램실행, 프로그램 평가의 6단계를 거쳐 프로그램을 직접 개발하였다. 특히 전문가들이 내용을 검정한 디지털 회상 영상물을 현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 친밀감 형성 단계 2회기, 회상활동단계 10회기, 마무리 단계 2회기 총 14회기로 프로그램 내용을 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 디지털 집단 회상 프로그램은 경도치매노인에게 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a digital collective reminiscence program for the elderly with mild dementia using the Intervention Mapping (IM) model. In this study, the target of the program development is the elderly with mild dementia, and the research subjects are experts and caregivers, social workers, and nurses who care for the elderly with mild dementia according to the steps of the IM model, and the needs survey and content validity test were conducted. The reminiscence therapy used in this study was The SolCos Reminiscence model with the addition of digital media. The program was developed directly through the six steps of the IM model: Needs assessment, Program objective matrices, Strategies and methods, Program planning, Program implementation, and Program evaluation. The program content was organized into 14 sessions, including two rapport-building sessions, 10 reminiscence activities sessions, and two wrap-up sessions, so that digital reminiscence videos, whose contents were checked by experts, could be used in the field. The digital group reminiscence program developed in this study may be useful for the elderly with mild dementia.
