춤 프로그램이 파킨슨병 환자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향: 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 파킨슨병 환자에게 적용한 춤 중재 프로그램의 효과를 보고한 문헌들을 분석하기 위한 체계적 문헌고찰 연구이며, 춤 중재가 삶의 질을 포함한 파킨슨병의 병리적 증상에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 2024년 9월까지 출판된 무작위 대조 실험 연구를 선별하기 위해 4개의 전자 데이터베이스를 광범위하게 검색하고 엄격한 기준에 따라 선정된 최종 7편을 분석하였다. 파킨슨병 환자에게 적용한 춤 중재 프로그램은 파킨슨병의 삶의 질뿐만 아니라 운동증상, 비운동증상을 일부 개선하는 효과가 확인되었다. 그러나 일부 연구에서 이 결과들은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 파킨슨병 환자에게 춤 중재의 일관된 효과를 확인하고, 임상에서 유용한 비약물적 치료로 활용하기 위하여 추가적인 연구와 중재 프로그램의 표준화가 필요하다. 이를 통해 파킨슨병 환자의 삶의 질과 병리적 증상을 조절하는 예술적 치료 또는 지속 가능한 취미활동으로서 춤을 활용하고, 보다 효과적인 춤 중재를 개발할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a systematic review and aimes to analyze the effects of dance intervention programs on pathological symptoms, including quality of life, in patients with Parkinson's disease. A comprehensive search of four electronic databases identified randomized controlled trials published up to September 2024. Seven studies met the strict inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Dance interventions improved quality of life, motor, and some non-motor symptoms in Parkinson’s patients, though some findings were not statistically significant. Further research and standardization of dance intervention programs are necessary to confirm consistent effects and establish dance as a non-pharmacological therapy to enhance quality of life and manage symptoms in Parkinson’s disease.
