국문 초록

본 연구는 프로젝트 기반으로 운영된 교과목의 수업사례를 소개하고 학생들의 프로젝트 디자인 결과물과 교과목 운영 성과를 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 수업 운영은 2024년 3월부터 6월까지 A 대학교 간호대학에 재학하면서 『통합간호』을 수강 신청한 4학년 104명을 대상으로 하였다. 프로젝트 디자인 결과물로는 낙상 터치 조명, 욕창 예방 팔베개, 약물 계산 앱 개발, 사이즈 조절 환자복 등 총 18종이 개발되었다. 학생들은 프로젝트 기반 수업에 높은 만족도를 보였고, 전체 수업 만족도는 평점 4.06±.0.03점이었다. 본 연구는 프로젝트 기반 수업사례를 통해 학습자들의 학습 성과를 높이고, 미래 간호 실무에 필요한 역량을 개발하는 데 매우 효과적인 교육 방식임을 모색한 점에 의의가 있으며, 간호학 전공의 프로젝트 수업 확산과 운영성과에 대한 연구가 확대되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to introduce a case of a course operated based on project-based learning (PBL) and to analyze students' project design outcomes and the course operation results. The course was conducted from March to June 2024 with 104 fourth-year students enrolled in Integrated Nursing at A University’s College of Nursing. A total of 18 project design outcomes were developed, including a fall prevention touch lamp, a pressure ulcer prevention arm pillow, a medication calculation app, and an adjustable-size patient gown. The students showed high satisfaction with the project-based learning approach, with an overall course satisfaction score of 4.06±0.03. This study is significant in that it demonstrates how project-based learning enhances students' learning outcomes and helps them develop competencies essential for future nursing practice. Furthermore, it is expected that research on the expansion and effectiveness of project-based learning in nursing education will continue to grow.
