국문 초록
Objective: The purpose of this study is to suggest implications by identifying the influence of local food direct operation on consumer satisfaction, producer sales, and region based on the trust of producers and consumers. Methods: A survey was conducted on 500 delivery producers and consumers using direct local food stores in the Daejeon area.
Results: As a result of the division, the consumer's wish for local food stores was 63 percent for variety of goods, 23 percent for fresh and safe goods, and 12 percent for lack of goods and 6 percent for lack of parking lots. Implications: In the case of direct management stores, production farms are small-scale farmers, with a small supply unit volume and a tendency to focus on vegetables and fruits, so they have limitations in continuing production and delivery without interruption throughout the four seasons. It also suggested that the number of items, production participating farms, and store area should be greatly increased in order to significantly increase the number of items handled in order to significantly increase the number of items handled.
