국문 초록
This study analyzed the direct effect of the emotional empathy of the instructor on rapport, verified the effect of emotional empathy on student satisfaction, and confirmed whether rapport formation mediates the relationship between emotional empathy and student satisfaction. Since students majoring in the hotel and tourism field are required to have both interpersonal service skills and field practical skills, it is important to have a positive learning experience through relationships with professors. The theoretical implications of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the emotional empathy of the instructor had a significant effect on student satisfaction. Second, it was found that rapport was formed through the emotional empathy of the instructor. Third, the mediating effect of rapport was verified in the relationship between the emotional empathy of the instructor and student satisfaction, which is the core of this paper. This means that it can increase students’ satisfaction with their department life and improve their trust in their major, and the importance of the mediating role of rapport formation was proven.el.
