국문 초록

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI) has significantly influenced military operations, particularly in the domain of wargame models used for combat command training. Traditional wargame models rely heavily on human expertise and predefined scenarios. The integration of AI into these models offers a promising solution to enhance realism, improve decision-making accuracy, and optimize training effectiveness. To effectively incorporate AI into wargame models, it is essential to address key technological and operational challenges. AI-driven simulations can automate scenario generation and provide real-time decision support, allowing for more dynamic and adaptive training environments. However, successful implementation requires overcoming issues related to data reliability, computational complexity, and human-AI collaboration. Furthermore, ethical considerations such as algorithmic transparency and the role of human oversight must be carefully examined to ensure responsible AI deployment in military training. This study proposes a new AI-integrated wargame model structure designed to enhance training realism and operational efficiency. The proposed model enables real-time scenario adjustments, automated battle simulations, and enhanced decision-support capabilities. Additionally, key policy recommendations are provided to support AI adoption, including the establishment in high-performance computing infrastructure, and the development of standardized data management systems. By systematically integrating AI technologies and implementing a structured policy framework, defense forces can revolutionize their command training programs and significantly improve their combat readiness for future warfare.
