국문 초록

“School complex facility” was introduced to solve the problem of insufficient educational and welfare facilities, This refers to educational, cultural, welfare, sports, and parking facilities that can be used by students and local residents together. However, in the process of promoting the school complex project, there are no established standards for selecting suitable areas for introduction and types and sizes of appropriate complex facilities that can increase investment efficiency. Therefore, this study identifies the factors influencing school complex facility plan, and aims to provide basic data for future planning and appropriate function introduction. To this end, multi regression analysis is conducted on the regional environmental factor variables of 292 schools that are operating or planning to install “School complex facility”. As a result of the analysis, the three variables that are particularly noteworthy are ‘parking lot among introduction functions’, ‘number of sports halls’, and ‘financial independence’. Among the functions introduced within the school complex, the ‘parking lot’ is the function most desired by local residents, and first of all it is necessary to expand the ‘gymnasium’ function. Lastly, in order to expand “School complex facility”, there is a need for political and financial support, such as increasing the financial independence of local governments and expanding national funding.
