국문 초록

Monopolar radiofrequency (MRF) has gained widespread use as a non-invasive method for improving skin laxity, lifting, and contouring. This study aimed to present the clinical efficacy of a novel MRF device (CELLINEW) and demonstrate optimized application techniques and combination protocols. The study analyzed treatment protocols using a 6.78 MHz MRF device with integrated cryogen cooling and impedance control. Representative case studies were used to assess outcomes with and without adjunctive therapies. In the first case, a female in her 30s showed visible improvement in facial contour and pore size after a single session of MRF with collagen stimulator. In the second case, a patient in her 60s experienced significant lifting, wrinkle reduction, and dermal tightening with MRF and botulinum toxin. Both cases reported sustained improvements at follow-up and high patient satisfaction. CELLINEW MRF offers safe, effective, and versatile treatment for facial tightening, lifting and contouring, especially when combined with synergistic modalities. Optimization of shot number, interval, and technique is key to maximizing outcomes.
