국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 전이 시기 다문화 가정 아동의 학교적응 관련 요인을 탐색하고, 이를 바탕으로 학교적응 척도를 개발한 후, 타당화하는 데 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 초등학교 다문화 가정 저학년 아동을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS WIN(18.0) 및 AMOS(18.0)프로그램을 활용하여 통계처리 하였다. 결과 분석 결과 학교만족, 교사애착, 친구만족, 규칙적응의 총 4개요인, 14개 문항이 도출되었고, 모형타당도 및 구인타당도가 검증되었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 개발된 척도는 그 타당성이 검증되어, 다문화 가정 아동을 포함한 초등학교 전이 시기 아동의 학교 적응 측정에 대한 변별력을 높여 줄 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore factors related to school adaptation of children from multicultural families during the transition period of elementary school, develop a school adaptation scale based on the results, and then validate it. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on children from multicultural families in the lower grades of elementary school, and the collected data were processed using the SPSS WIN (18.0) and AMOS (18.0) programs. Results As a result, a total of 4 factors and 14 items were derived: school satisfaction, teacher attachment, friend satisfaction, and rule adaptation. The model validity and construct validity were verified. Conclusions The scale developed through this study is expected to increase the discriminatory power for measuring school adaptation of children from multicultural families during the transition period of elementary school, including children from multicultural families.
