예비유아교사의 개정 누리과정 기반 수업설계 경험과 배움 의미 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 G시 S대학교 예비유아교사 10명이 개정 누리과정을 토대로 수업을 설계하고 그 과정에서 경험과 배움의 의미를 탐색함으로써 유아교육 현장에서 놀이중심 교육과정을 실현하는 데 목적이 있다. 수업 결과물은 Bogdan & Biklen(2007)의 귀납적 분석 방법으로 질적 연구하였다. 예비유아교사의 개정 누리과정 기반 수업설계 경험에 관한 결과는 예비유아교사는 유아교육 현장과 이론의 차이 실감, 놀이 관찰의 중요성 인식, 놀이의 가치 체득, 교사의 자율성과 융통성의 필요성 등을 인식하였다. 이러한 경험을 통해서 구성주의 교육철학과 교육적 놀이 이해, 연령별 영유아발달 특성과 놀이 차이 이해, 계획안을 작성하는 실무 역량 함양 등의 배움이 일어났다. 본 연구결과를 반영하여 개정 누리과정 기반 수업설계 및 실행 후 피드백 과정을 체계적으로 운영하는 방안을 모색하는 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to realize a play-centered curriculum in early childhood education settings by having 10 preservice early childhood teacher from S university in city G. Instructional designs based on the revised Nuri curriculum and explore the meaning of their experiences and learning in the process. The results of the lessons were qualitatively studied using the inductive analysis method of Bogdan & Biklen (2007). As a result of the preservice early childhood Teacher experience of Instructional designs based on the Nuri course, the preservice early childhood Teacher realized the difference between early childhood education settings and theory, recognized the importance of play observation, acquired the value of play, and recognized the need for teacher autonomy and flexibility. Through this experience, they learned to understand constructivist educational philosophy and educational play, understand the differences in infant development characteristics and play by age, and cultivate practical skills in creating plans. Reflecting the results of this study, we propose to explore ways to systematically operate the revised Nuri course-based Instructional designs and post-implementation feedback process.
