예비사회복지사의 전공선택동기, 직업인식, 자기조절효능감이 전공만족도와 전공충성도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지학을 전공하고 있는 예비사회복지사들의 전공선택동기, 사회복지분야에 대한 직업인식, 학업능력에 대한 자기조절효능감이 사회복지 전공에 대한 만족도와 충성도에 대한 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 구조화된 설문지로 연구 대상자 242명을 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계분석, 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 가설검증을 위한 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 전공선택동기, 직업인식(발전가능성, 전문성, 직무환경), 자기조절효능감이 전공만족도에 영향을 미치며, 전공만족도는 전공충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 직업인식의 하위요인인 직무환경, 전문성, 발전가능성이 전공선택동기와 자기조절효능감보다 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지학과의 교과과정 수립 시 바람직한 지표와 방향성에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify the effects of pre-service social workers' major selection motivation, vocational awareness of the social welfare field, and self-regulation efficacy for academic ability on their satisfaction and loyalty toward the social welfare major. To this end, a structured questionnaire was used to collect and analyze 242 research subjects. As for analysis methodologies, this study conducted descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability verification, and simple regression analysis for hypothesis verification. From the results of this study, it was shown that major selection motivation, vocational awareness (potential for growth, expertise, work environment), and self-regulation efficacy affected major satisfaction, and that major satisfaction affected major loyalty. In particular, the results showed that the sub-factors of vocational awareness, such as job environment, expertise, and potential for development, had a greater effect than major selection motivation and self-regulation efficacy. Based on these results, this study suggested implications for desirable indicators and directions when establishing a curriculum for social welfare departments.
