국문 초록

본 연구는 위기가구를 대상으로 사회적 문제해결능력이 경제적 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 과정에서 가족건강성이 매개 역할을 수행하는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구자료는 굿네이버스가 수행한 위기가정 재기지원사업의 참여자 375명을 대상으로 수집된 2차 자료를 활용하였으며, SPSS 23.0을 통해 PROCESS macro Model 4를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 가족건강성은 사회적 문제해결능력과 경제적 스트레스와의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 스트레스 과정 이론과 가족체계 이론의 통합적 관점에서 개인의 심리사회적 역량과 가족의 기능적 지지가 경제적 스트레스 대응에 있어 핵심적인 요인임을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이에 따라 위기가구를 위한 개입 전략 수립 시, 가족건강성을 강화하는 정책적·실천적 접근이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study empirically examined the impact of social problem-solving ability on economic stress among vulnerable households and assessed whether family strength served as a mediator in this relationship. Secondary data were obtained from 375 participants in goodneighbors’ the Crisis Family Recovery Support Program. Using SPSS 23.0, PROCESS macro Model 4 were conducted. The findings revealed that family strength significantly partially mediated the relationship between social problem-solving ability and economic stress. From an integrated perspective of stress process theory and family systems theory, this study highlights the critical roles of individual psychosocial capacities and functional family support in managing economic stress. These results underscored the necessity of policy and practice interventions for vulnerable households that specifically aim to enhance family strength.
