노인의료복지시설 만족도 영향 요인: 시설 규모에 따른 비교를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 노인의료복지시설의 규모에 따른 입소 노인의 만족도를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 『2022년 장기요양실태조사』 자료를 사용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하고, 서비스 항목별 R2 변화량을 확인하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 9인 이하 시설의 경우 ‘청결서비스’와 ‘식사’는 다른 변수들과 상호작용하여 중요성이 더 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 29인 이하 시설은 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 비교적 고르게 작용하고 있었다. 셋째, 30인 이상 시설에서는 입소 노인의 만족도에 ‘시설환경’과 ‘식사’가 절대적으로 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 9인 이하 시설은 기본 위생관리 강화 및 지역 급식관리 지원 연계, 30인 이상 시설은 급식 다양화 및 배식 프로세스 개선 등 노인의료복지시설의 규모에 따라 입소 노인의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the satisfaction levels of residents in Long-Term Care Facilities according to facility size. To achieve this, multiple regression analysis was conducted using data from the 2022 Long-Term Care Survey, and changes in the coefficient of determination (R²) were analyzed for each service item. The key findings are as follows. First, in facilities with nine or fewer residents, cleanliness services and meals were found to become more important when interacting with other variables. Second, in facilities with up to 29 residents, various factors affecting satisfaction were relatively evenly distributed. Third, in facilities with 30 or more residents, facility environment and meals emerged as the most critical factors influencing resident satisfaction. Based on these findings, this study discusses strategies to improve resident satisfaction in Long-Term Care Facilities depending on facility size—specifically, by strengthening basic hygiene management and establishing links with local meal service support systems for smaller facilities(9 or fewer residents), and by diversifying meal options and improving meal distribution processes for larger facilities(30 or more residents).
