간호대학생에게 적용한 시나리오 기반 건강사정 실습 교육의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 시나리오 기반 건강사정 실습교육이 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력, 문제해결 능력, 비판적 사고성향, 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상은 실험군 35명과 대조군 35명이었고 실험군에게 7주 동안 시나리오 기반 수업을 적용한 후에 수업의 효과를 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 실험군은 대조군에 비해 모든 항목에서 유의미한 향상을 보여(p<.001) 시나리오 기반 학습이 효과적이었음을 확인하였다. 이는 시나리오 기반 학습이 간호 문제 상황에 대한 문제해결 능력, 의사소통 능력, 비판적 사고성향, 학업 성취도를 향상하는 데 효과적이라고 해석된다. 본 연구는 간호교육 프로그램 설계에 중요한 시사점을 제공하며, 간호사로서의 필수 역량을 키우기 위한 교육과 연구의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the effect of scenario-based health assessment practice education on nursing students' communication skills, problem -solving ability, critical thinking disposition, and academic achievement. The study participants included 35 students in the experimental group and 35 students in the control group. The experimental group received scenario-based learning for seven weeks, after which the effectiveness of the course was evaluated. The results showed that the experimental group demonstrated significant improvement in all areas compared to the control group (p<.001), confirming the effectiveness of scenario-based learning. This suggests that scenario-based learning is effective in enhancing problem-solving skills, communication abilities, critical thinking dispositions, and academic achievement in nursing problem situations. This study provides important implications for the design of nursing education programs and can serve as foundational data for education and research aimed at developing essential competencies for nurses.
