국문 초록

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of over 2,000 APEC projects from 2014 to 2024, examining how project distribution, sponsorship, budget allocation, and thematic trends have shifted in alignment with the Putrajaya Vision 2040. Through cross-sectional and longitudinal data visualizations, the paper identifies a diversification of leadership among proposing economies, a rise in inclusive and digital themes, and the emergence of new policy forums. These findings offer new insights into regional governance, economic cooperation, and the evolving role of multilateral organizations in shaping post-pandemic recovery and innovation. The findings demonstrate a pivot from traditional trade facilitation toward inclusive growth and digital innovation, with increasing participation by middle-income economies and emerging policy forums. A classification of projects by Vision 2040 themes confirms an institutional transition toward sustainability, resilience, and digitalization. These trends underscore APEC’s growing role as a multidimensional governance platform and highlight its adaptive capacity to realign institutional priorities
