국문 초록
Film, as an artistic medium with potent emotional healing properties, exerts implicit influence on the psychological state of audiences through its immersive narrative mechanism. By leveraging audio-visual languages, it establishes a distinctive paradigm for emotional catharsis and psychological healing. Endowed with cross-cultural characteristics and subtlety, film art effectively penetrates the psychological defense mechanisms of audience. The film Deep Sea deconstructs in depth the psychological predicaments stemming from trauma within the original family through a surreal dream narrative framework and systematically demonstrates the process of Shen Xiu’s self-reconciliation. Grounded in the theory of art therapy, this study comprehensively explores elements like color, music, and narrative, facilitates the psychological healing of audiences, including emotional release, and the manifestation of preconscious thoughts. The findings of this research can serve as both a theoretical foundation and practical reference for the interdisciplinary integration of film and television creation and clinical psychological treatment.
