국문 초록

This study examines the causal relationships among major satisfaction, academic loyalty, and career preparation behavior in airline majors. Using 306 valid online survey responses, data were analyzed through reliability tests, factor analysis, correlation, and regression. Results indicate that major satisfaction significantly boosts both academic loyalty and career preparation behavior, while academic loyalty positively affects career preparation behavior. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing major satisfaction and academic loyalty to promote proactive career preparation among airline majors. The study provides practical insights for designing tailored university programs and career support strategies suited to the needs of airline students. Future research should include comparative studies across fields and explore additional educational and psychological factors influencing career preparation.
