국문 초록

본 연구는 T 정신재활시설의 사회적 고립 청년 정신장애인의 사회적 관계망 형성 및 역량 강화를 위한 맞춤형 복지서비스 ‘청년 회복스카우트’ 사업 서비스제공자들의 사업수행 경험에 대한 질적연구이다. 자료수집은 2024년 1월 23일 FGI를 활용하여 사업수행 전담 서비스제공자 4명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 주제분석방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 사회적 고립 청년 정신장애인을 위한 지원 필요성 인식, 서비스 제공과정에서의 어려움, 서비스 참여 촉진을 위한 방법, 서비스제공자의 성장과 인식변화, 서비스제공자에게 요구되는 역량 등이 도출되었다. 연구결과를 통해 생애주기 관점에서 청년기 사회적 고립 정신장애인을 위한 지원서비스 개발의 필요성, 사회적 고립 청년 정신장애인 대상 서비스제공 및 접근 방법 개발을 위한 연구의 필요성, 서비스제공자의 실천 경험과 실천 노하우의 수집과 공유 기회 제공, 서비스제공자들의 가족개입 역량강화를 위한 교육 개발 및 제공의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a qualitative research on the project implementation experiences of service providers involved in the “Youth Recovery Scout”, a tailored welfare service aimed at forming social networks and enhancing capabilities for socially isolated young adults with mental disorders in T mental rehabilitation facilities. Data collection was conducted on January 23, 2024, using FGI (Focus Group Interview) with four dedicated service providers responsible for project implementation. The collected data was analyzed using thematic analysis. The analysis of the collected data utilized thematic analysis methods. The research findings revealed the recognition of the need for support for socially isolated young adults with mental disorders, challenges in the service provision process, methods to promote service participation, changes in the growth and perception of service providers, and the competencies required of service providers. Based on the research findings, it was suggested that there is a need to develop support services for socially isolated young adults with mental disorders from a life cycle perspective, the necessity for research to develop service provision and access methods for socially isolated young adults with mental disorders, opportunities for collecting and sharing the practical experiences and know-how of service provider, and the development and provision of training programs to strengthen service providers’competencies in family intervention.
