대학생의 진로정체감 군집유형에 따른 자기주도성과 학업성취도 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로정체감 지위에 따른 군집유형을 확인하고 각 군집에 따라 자기주도성과 학업성취도에 어떠한차이가 있는지를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 두 개 대학교에 재학 중인 3학년 200명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여, 응답이 불성실한 참여자를제외하고 총 193명을 최종 표집하였다. SPSS Statistics 22.0을 사용하여 변인 간 상관관계 분석, 기술통계분석, 군집분석, 다변량분석(MANOVA)를 실시하였다. 결과 대학생의 진로정체감 지위에 따른 군집은 진로성취, 진로유예, 진로유실, 진로혼미의 네 개의 군집으로 나타났다. 군집에 따른주도성과 학업성취도의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 연구 결과를 통해 대학생의 진로정체감 지위에 있어 자기주도성과 학업성취도의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로정체감 군집별 진로지도 방향에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examined the cluster types according to the vocational identity status for university stu dents and confirmed what differences appear in self-directedness and academic achievement. Methods The participants were chosen from 193 university students of capital area in Korea and they received questionnaires to measure their voacational identity status, self-directedness and academic achievement level. For data analysis, the SPSS program was used, and descriptive statistical analysis, cluster analysis, and multi variate analysis of variance(MANOVA) were performed. Results As a result, four clusters of university students according to the vocational identity status were achieve ment, moratorium, foreclosure, and diffusion. As a result of analyzing the differences in self-directedness and academic achievement according to four clusters, it was found that there were statistically significant differences between four clusters. Conclusions This study has an importance in identifying the differences in self-directedness and academic ach ievement according to the career identity status of university students and points to consider in career guidanse for students were suggested.
