국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학교 교사의 직무 열의가 진로진학상담 수행역량에 미치는 영 향의 관계에서 회복탄력성이 매개 역할을 수행하는지를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 고등학교 교사 176명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 직무 열의, 진로진학상담 수행역량, 회복탄력성 간의 관계를 상관분석을 통해 확인 했으며, 회복탄력성이 주는 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제 시한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 후, Sobel test를 실시하여 매개효과의 통계적 유 의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학교 교사의 직무 열의, 회복탄 력성, 진로진학상담 수행역량 간의 상관관계는 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 직무 열의와 진로진학상담 수행역량 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분 매개효 과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 고등학교 교사들의 진로진학상담 수행역량을 향상하 기 위해 회복탄력성을 높이는 일은 중요하며, 고등학교 교사들의 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있도록 체계적인 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구를 통해 학교뿐만 아니라, 교육청과 교육부 차원에서 고등학교 교사가 직무 열의와 회복탄력성을 바탕으로 변화하는 교육 환경 속에서 학생들에게 안정적이고 질 높은 진로진학상담을 제공할 수 있도록 체계적 연수 프로그램이나 멘토링을 통한 동료교사의 지원, 진로진학상담 슈퍼비전 등 심리적 지원 프로그램이 제공되어야 함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to play a resilient individual role in the relationship between school teachers’ job engagement and their influence on career & guidance counseling capabilities. To achieve this purpose, we conducted a survey of 176 high school students to confirm their engagement for cooperation, career & guidance counseling performance capacity, and response elasticity through cooperation analysis. Baron and Kenny (1986) suggested this to achieve the effect of providing response elasticity. After describing one hierarchical effects analysis, we demonstrated some of its statistical effectiveness, including the Sobel test. The results of this study are as follows. First, the correlation between high school teachers’ job engagement, resilience, and career & guidance counseling performance showed a significant positive correlation. Second, resilience showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between job engagement and career & guidance counseling performance capabilities. These results suggest that it is important to increase resilience in order to improve the career & guidance counseling performance of high school teachers, and that systematic support is needed to increase the resilience of high school teachers. Through this study, not only schools, but also the Office of Education and the Ministry of Education will provide systematic training programs and mentoring so that high school teachers can provide stable and high-quality career & guidance counseling to students in a changing educational environment based on job engagement and resilience. It was suggested that psychological support programs such as support from fellow teachers and career & guidance counseling and supervision should be provided.
