국문 초록

The completion of the First Industrial Revolution promoted the development of vocational education in schools, while also accelerating the pace of vocational education development in enterprises. After the Beijing coup in October 1861, the Yang Wu Movement emerged. Zeng Guofan, the founder of the Xiang Army, fully utilized the establishment of the Premier Ya Men by the Qing government and the favorable social conditions of Western countries opening military technology to China, and founded the Anqing Nei Arsenal in 1861. During the four years from 1861 to 1864, the Anqing Nei Arsenal developed China’s first modern steam engine, the first steam-powered ship, and the first batch of firearms, pioneering the capitalist management nature of modern Chinese enterprises. At the same time, the Anqing Nei Arsenal accumulated and cultivated the first batch of modern industrial technical talents represented by Xu Shou, Hua Hengfang, and Li Shanlan, marking the starting point of modern enterprise vocational education in China and leaving a significant mark in the history of vocational education in China.
