국문 초록

To ensure the recovery and sustainable development of the cruise industry and to prevent the outbreak of COVID-19 on cruise ships from becoming a mobile source of infection, this paper examines the current situation and public safety and health risks on cruise ships. It proposes four key measures for health and safety management: formulating new epidemic prevention guidelines, enhancing the management of facilities and equipment for epidemic prevention, implementing high-standard health and safety standards on board, and initiating emergency response measures for epidemic control.
