여대생의 거부민감성과 우울의 관계 : 정서조절의 조절효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 여대생의 거부민감성이 우울에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 정서조절이 완충 역할을 수행하는지 확인하기 위해 정서조절의 하위요인(능동 전략, 지지추구 전략, 회피분산 전략)을 세분화하여 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2025년 1월 9일부터 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 총 275부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거부민감성은 우울에 정적 상관을 보였고, 정서조절의 능동 전략과 지지추구 전략은 우울에 부적 상관을, 회피분산 전략은 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 능동 전략과 지지추구 전략은 유의한 조절효과를 보였으나, 회피분산 전략은 조절효과가 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 여대생의 거부민감성이 우울로 이어지는 과정에 있어 능동 전략과 지지추구 전략이 심리적 완충 역할을 하는 데 효과적임을 확인하였고, 우울 완화를 위한 실천적 방향을 제시함으로써 연구의 의의를 둔다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of female university students' rejection sensitivity on depression and to examine whether emotional regulation plays a buffering role by subdividing sub-factors of emotional regulation. For this purpose, a survey was conducted from January 9 to 30, 2025, and a total of 275 copies were used for the final analysis. First, rejection sensitivity showed a positive correlation with depression, active strategy of emotion regulation and support seeking strategy showed a negative correlation with depression, and avoidance dispersal strategy showed a positive correlation. Second, active strategy and support seeking strategy showed a significant moderating effect, but avoidance-dispersion strategy showed no significant moderating effect. These results confirmed that the active strategy and the support seeking strategy are effective in the psychological buffering role in the process of rejection sensitivity of female university students leading to depression, and this study is meaningful by suggesting practical directions for depression relief.
