국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 체육교사의 안전교육 원격 연수 개발 과정과 경험을 탐색함으로써, 실질적이고 효과적인 안전교육 원격 연수 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 기초 자료의 제공에 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 안전교육 원격 연수 개발 경험이 있는 체육교사 4인을 대상으로 사례연구 방법을 활용하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 체육교사들의 수업에서 위험한 상황 경험과 안전사고 극복 방안 모색이 안전교육 원격 연수 개발의 중요한 계기가 되었다. 둘째, 개발 과정에서 체육교사들은 연구개발 활동 참여, 참고할 선행 연수의 부재 속에서 다양한 역할을 수행하며 팀워크를 통해 어려움을 극복했다. 셋째, 이러한 과정을 통해 체육교사들은 현장에 기반한 연구개발자로서의 역량을 키우고 안전교육에 대한 전문성을 강화하는 성과를 거두었다. 결론: 체육교사가 안전한 수업환경을 구축하는 과정에서 체육교육의 질적 향상을 위한 발전적 기회를 창출하며, 이를 통해 교사 스스로가 전문성 함양을 위한 능동적 노력의 주체로 성장함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This research aimed to explore the development process and experiences associated with remote training for safety education for Physical Education teachers, ultimately providing foundational data for creating practical and effective remote training content. Methods: A case study methodology was employed involving four Physical Education teachers who have experience in developing remote safety education training programs. Results: First, the experiences of Physical Education teachers in managing hazardous situations during their lessons and seeking solutions for safety incidents served as significant catalysts for the development of the remote training programs. Second, throughout the development process, these teachers took on various roles and overcame challenges through teamwork, despite the absence of reference materials for previous trainings. Third, through this process, they enhanced their capabilities as research developers grounded in practical experiences and bolstered their expertise in safety education. Conclusion: The study indicates that Physical Education teachers create developmental opportunities for improving the quality of Physical Education while establishing a safe learning environment, suggesting that they grow into proactive agents in their professional development.
