유아 공동체 의식 함양을 위한 그림책 기반 연극놀이 탐색

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 그림책 기반 연극놀이가 유아의 공동체 의식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 연극놀이의 교육적 활용 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 유치원에 재원 중인 5세 유아를 대상으로 그림책 기반 연극놀이 프로그램 참여 후 유아의 공동체 의식의 변화를 측정하고 분석하였다. 연구결과: 그림책 기반 연극놀이에 참여한 실험집단 유아는 공동체 의식 및 하위 요인인 소속감, 조화, 자발적 참여, 공공의식, 일체감 및 상호 영향 의식이 통제집단보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 이 결과를 통해 그림책 기반 연극놀이는 유아의 공동체 의식 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 그림책 기반 연극놀이는 유아의 공동체 의식 증진에 효과적인 교수방법이며, 교육 현장에서 그림책을 활용한 연극놀이가 공동체 의식 증진 프로그램으로서의 교육적 가치가 있음을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate how picture-book-based dramatic play affects the sense of community in 5-year-old children and to suggest ways in which dramatic play can be used in kindergartens. Methods: This study measured and analysed the sense of community of children participating in a picture book-based activity play program for 5-year-olds. Results: The results showed that the children in the experimental group who participated in the picture-book-based dramatic play program had a statistically significant improvement in their sense of community and its sub-factors of belonging, harmony, voluntary participation, public awareness, unity, and mutual influence compared to the control group. These results suggest that picture book-based dramatic play has a positive effect on improving children's sense of community. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it suggests that picture-book-based dramatic play is an effective teaching method for promoting a sense of community in young children and that picture-book-based dramatic play has educational value as a program for promoting a sense of community in educational settings.
