국문 초록
Recently, e-government services have become increasingly diverse depending on websites and mobile applications. This study started from the question of what type of e-government service the public perceives to be the most satisfied or dissatisfied, and who among the public perceives to be satisfied and dissatisfied with e-government services. We analyzed how demographic characteristics and service types affect service users' satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, the level of education, the average annual household income, residents living in non-metropolitan areas had a effect on satisfaction with e-government services. Among the types of services that have a positive (+) effect on satisfaction with e-government services, the 1st priority is knowledge and information services (app), the 2nd priority is economic activity and employment services (web), and the 3rd priority is lifestyle and leisure services (web), it was confirmed that the 4th priority was knowledge and information service (web), and the administrative civil service service was found to have no significant effect on satisfaction with e-government services for both the web and app. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that measures are needed to improve the satisfaction of vulnerable groups in using e-government services and to improve satisfaction with administrative civil service services such as Government 24.
