국문 초록

Cases of collecting, storing, and using users' personal information are increasing with the development of various online personalized services. As a result, despite concerns about damage caused by the leakage or malicious use of personal information, service users continue to be in a somewhat paradoxical situation in which they provide their personal information to a company in exchange for small benefits. This study uses a privacy calculation model to explain the privacy paradox phenomenon to provide specific case analysis and explanatory factors for the phenomenon. Users are divided into unconcerned, fundamentalist, and pragmatist according to their attitude toward privacy infringement concerns, and individual group behaviors are predicted within the privacy calculation model. With the weight of the individual groups in mind, the necessary security policy directions are discussed accordingly.
