Research on the Innovation of Collaborative Mechanism of College Student Management from the Perspective of “Three-round Education”

국문 초록
With the development of higher education and the diversification of students' needs, the concept of “three-round education” has gradually become an important guiding ideology for college students' management. This paper aims to explore the innovative path of collaborative mechanism of college student management from the perspective of “three-round education”. This paper analyzes the background and core connotation of the concept of “three-round education”, emphasizes the all-staff, whole-process and all-round education mode, and puts forward some problems existing in the management of college students, such as management fragmentation, insufficient departmental coordination and insufficient information support. Then, through the case analysis of typical colleges and universities, this paper expounds the current implementation status of the collaborative mechanism of student management, and probes into the main problems existing in the collaborative mechanism. Then, four innovative paths are put forward: building cross-departmental collaborative management mechanism, strengthening information support and intelligent management, deepening collaborative education mechanism inside and outside the school and improving the whole process education system, aiming at improving the comprehensive efficiency of student management through these paths. This paper summarizes the guiding significance of the concept of “three-round education” to the management of college students, and holds that the innovation of collaborative mechanism is the key to improve the quality of student management. The research conclusion has important reference value for college students' management practice and policy formulation.
