Marx’s “Material Interests Dilemma” reveals the structural distortion of distributive justice under capitalist private ownership due to production relations: the monopoly of means of production leads to the class-based expropriation of surplus value, while the logic of capital accumulation triggers labor alienation and distributional fragmentation. Resolving this dilemma requires reconstructing distribution mechanisms through the transformation of production relations. Communism achieves the unity of wealth creation and individual development via public ownership of the means of production. Guided by historical materialism, contemporary China has pioneered a practical pathway through three institutional innovations: first, consolidating the dominant role of public ownership by leveraging state capital for strategic regulation to dismantle capital monopolies and promote universal access to core means of production; second, deepening mixed-ownership reforms to redefine labor-capital relations through skill-based equity and data rights confirmation, enabling workers’ direct participation in surplus value distribution; third, establishing a third distribution system that utilizes digital philanthropy platforms and open-source sharing mechanisms to ensure inclusive sharing of technological dividends.

马克思“物质利益难题”揭示了资本主义私有制下生产关系对分配正义的结构性扭曲：生产资料垄断导致剩余价值的阶级性掠夺，资本增殖逻辑引发劳动异化与分配断裂。破解该难题需通过生产关系变革重构分配机制，共产主义以生产资料公有制实现财富创造与个体发展的统一。当代中国以历史唯物主义为指引，通过三重制度创新开创实践路径：一是强化公有制主体地位，以国有资本战略调控打破资本垄断，推动核心生产资料普惠共享；二是深化混合所有制改革，通过技能股权、数据确权重构“劳动-资本”关系，实现劳动者对剩余价值的直接参与；三是构建第三次分配体系，依托数字公益平台、开源共享机制促进技术红利全民共享。
