사회초년생의 성인애착이 직장생활적응에 미치는 영향: 부정정서와 대인관계문제의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 사회초년생의 성인애착이 부정정서와 대인관계문제를 매개하여 직장생활적응에 이르는 영향을 확인하고자 하였고, 이에 대한 경로를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 연구 대상자들에게 연구 목적을 설명하였고, 이에 자발적으로 동의한 수도권에 근무하는 사회초년생 389명을 대상으로 2024년 8월 23일부터 2024년 8월 28일까지 성인애착, 부정정서, 대인관계문제, 직장생활적응에 대한 설문자료를 수집하였다. 자료 수집 이후에는 SPSS 29.0과 AMOS 26.0을 통해 주요 변인들의 기술통계, 변인 간의 상관분석을 실시하였고 부트스트래핑을 통해 매개효과를 분석하여, 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착(불안애착, 회피애착), 부정정서, 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서는 정적상관을, 보였고, 세 변인과 직장생활적응은 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 불안애착과 직장생활적응의 관계에 있어 대인관계문제는 완전매개하였다. 그러나 부정정서의 매개효과는 확인되지 않았다. 셋째, 회피애착과 직장생활적응과의 관계에서 부정정서의 부분매개효과는 확인되었으나, 대인관계문제의 매개효과는 확인되지 않았다. 넷째, 성인애착과 직장생활적응의 관계에서 부정정서와 대인관계문제의 이중매개효과는 불안애착에서만 확인되었고, 완전매개효과로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 성인애착과 직장생활적응, 부정정서, 대인관계문제의 관계를 확인하는 것을 통해, 직장적응에 어려움을 겪는 사회초년생을 이해하는데 도움을 주고, 또한 그들을 위한 상담방식이나 상담 프로그램을 구안하는 데에 있어 기여할 수 있는 이론적인 근거를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to confirm the mediating effects of negative affectivity and interpersonal problem in the effect of career-beginner’s adult attachment on adapting to working life Methods To this end, the purpose of the study was explained, and questionnaire data on adult attachment, negative affectivity, interpersonal problem, and adapting to working life were collected from August 23, 2024, for 389 career-beginners to the metropolitan area who voluntarily agreed to this. After data collection, descriptive statistics of major variables and correlation analysis between variables were conducted through SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 26.0, and the significance of indirect effects was verified by analyzing mediating effects through bootstrapping. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between adult attachment, negative affectivity, and interpersonal problem showed positive correlation, and the three variables and adapting to working life showed negative correlation. Second, interpersonal problem was completely mediated in the relationship between anxiety attachment and adapting to working life. However, the mediating effect of negative affectivity was not confirmed. Third, the partial mediating effect of negative affectivity was confirmed in the relationship between avoidance attachment and adapting to working life, but the mediating effect of interpersonal problem was not confirmed. Fourth, the double mediating effect of negative affectivity and interpersonal problem in the relationship between adult attachment and adapting to working life was confirmed only in anxiety attachment, and it was found to be a complete mediating effect. Conclusions By confirming the relationship between adult attachment, adapting to working life, negative affectivity, and interpersonal problem, this study provided a theoretical basis that can help understand the career-beginners who have difficulty adapting to work and contribute to developing counseling methods or counseling programs for them.
