The high-quality development of virtual teaching and research offices requires both the guiding role of Party building and the integration of social resources through university-enterprise collaboration. Taking the Financial Management program at Sichuan International Studies University as a case study, this paper explores the practice of constructing a virtual teaching and research office under the model of “Party Building Leadership and University-Enterprise Co-construction,” guided by the “One Core and Six Transformations” framework. Specifically, construction should be centered on Party leadership to achieve data sharing and business synergy, and should promote innovative thinking through concept modernization, ensure a closed-loop workflow through systematization of work, integrate resources through digital platforms, enhance organizational efficiency through flattened management, regulate teaching activities through institutionalized operations, and ensure high-quality development of education through practical capacity-building. Finally, this paper presents the achievements of this virtual teaching and research office in areas such as organizational development, team building, teaching reform, curriculum and textbook construction, and discipline development.
