국문 초록
Psychological capital, as a positive psychological resource, can motivate disabled college students to act proactively and creatively, transforming their potential into practical employability. To explore the mechanisms through which psychological capital influences employability, this study conducted a questionnaire survey with 615 disabled college students. Results revealed significant positive correlations among psychological capital, proactive personality, learning engagement, and employability. Proactive personality and learning engagement mediated the relationship between psychological capital and employability through three pathways: (1) the independent mediating role of proactive personality, (2) the independent mediating role of learning engagement, and (3) the chain-mediating effect of proactive personality and learning engagement. Based on these findings, strategies to enhance employability are proposed, focusing on cultivating psychological capital, fostering proactive personality, and increasing learning engagement.
