국문 초록

The Weihsien Internment Camp, as a witness to Japan's aggression during World War II, has been frequently portrayed in reports filled with negative emotions such as anger toward war, longing for peace, and deep reflection on historical lessons. In the current era of global urbanization and the increasingly prominent role of local governments, the camp has become not only a significant case for China's city image building but also a reference for the international community to understand the role of local governments in historical communication. This study focuses on the media reports about the Weihsien Internment Camp and the enhancement of Weifang's city image, analyzing their interrelation through the framework of negative emotion engagement. It aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for local cities to utilize historical resources for public diplomacy, and to offer new insights into emotional management in the dissemination of historical events.

영문 초록

潍县西方侨民集中营作为二战时期日本侵略的见证，相关报道充满了消极情绪，如对战争的愤怒、对和平的向往及对历史教训的深思。在全球城市化和地方政府角色凸显的当下，该集中营不仅是中国城市形象建设的案例，也为国际社会理解地方政府在历史传播中的角色提供了借鉴。因此，本研究将聚焦于潍县西方侨民集中营的报道与潍坊城市形象的提升，从消极情绪参与框架出发，探讨两者间的联系，为地方城市利用历史资源开展外交提供理论指导和实践参考，并为历史事件传播中的情绪管理提供新视角。
